Class: Advanced Topics in Digital Humanities: Whose Lives Count: Race, Gender, and Data (DH150)

Our research delved into the issues of racism and classism within the greater Los Angeles area and identified healthcare gaps between four cities: Inglewood, Santa Monica, Culver City, and Torrance. To accomplish this, we utilized various datasets, including healthcare facility infrastructure ratings and neighborhood demographic studies. We analyzed these datasets using tools such as R and Tableau to identify patterns and draw insights.
